What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the description of your event. We also record the date of your submission and the IP address it came from, for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you have requested and, if you subscribe, send occasional updates about SYNTAX. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Storage and protection

Submissions are stored on secured servers and are accessible only to authorised SYNTAX staff. We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya).

Cookies and offline storage

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you install the site as an app or revisit it, your browser may cache pages and images locally so the site loads faster and works offline. That cache stays on your device and can be cleared from your browser settings.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@syntax.co.ke and we will respond within a reasonable time.
